| Satisfaction Guarantee |
The Meter and Valve Company guarantees 100 percent customer satisfaction. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, The Meter and Valve Company will gladly give you a full refund or credit towards replacement within 15 days of your receipt of the product. The product must be in the original package and in new and unused condition. Simply notify us of your intentions. Special products or custom fabricated equipment may be subject to the Cancellation Policy. |
| Return and Cancellation |
Should you decide to cancel an order in progress or return an item not subject to the Satisfaction Guarantee, The Meter and Valve Company may assess a restocking fee not to exceed 30% of the item value. Inbound and outbound parcel or freight charges will not be refunded. |

The Meter and Valve Company warrants that our products meet published specifications and are free from defects in materials and workmanship. All manufacturer's warranty are in full force and effect. Typically, most items will carry at least a one year warranty period. |

Our liability under these Terms and Conditions shall be limited to replacement of or refund of an amount not to exceed the purchase price attributable to the goods for which a claim is made. Selection of one of these alternatives by The Meter and Valve Company shall be your exclusive remedy. In no case will The Meter and Valve Company be liable for consequential, incidental or special damages resulting from your use of any product purchased from this catalog. |
